He did run away to sea when younger. Well, he went looking for Cap'n Pugwash, He was found shouting 'Roger the cabin boy'. A policeman asked if Roger was a friend of his, he replied, 'No, I am the cabin boy!'

Something to do with royal dalliances. Or am I thinking of Koo Stark.

Me and Tim a huntin' went
Met three whores in a pop up tent
They were three, and we was two
So I bucked one, and Timbuktu.
